Hi Cherry,
I think the tibia of this bird is not long compared to typical Little Stint. Bill is also not tapering at tip.
General posture is difficult to be seen in photo.
So I think it's a Red-necked Stint.
Agree that the bird shows a primary project beyond tail, but I am not sure how useful this point to separate Little/Red-necked Stint especially this bird is not in rest.
