Terms and Conditions

1. The customised thank-you cards of the Wedding Favours donation are strictly for individual and non-commercial use.
2. Hong Kong Bird Watching Society (HKBWS) reserves the right to decline requests that appear to have commercial or promotional intent.
3. The decision of Hong Kong Bird Watching Society (HKBWS) in respect of any matters of the donation programme and the use of the thank-you cards shall be final.
4. Once donations and applications are submitted, they cannot be changed or refunded. All thank-you card requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the wedding date to ensure timely delivery.
5. Hong Kong Bird Watching Society (HKBWS) reserves the right to the final design and content of the thank-you cards.
6. The number of thank-you cards provided will be based on the information provided in the sign-up form. Please ensure that the information submitted is correct and allow at least 3 weeks for printing.
7. Hong Kong Bird Watching Society (HKBWS) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
8. Hong Kong Bird Watching Society (HKBWS) is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of thank-you cards due to circumstances beyond our control.
